Impact Analysis & Key Insights
Reflection on Practice: Throughout my time at Grand Valley, I have developed evaluation skills at the micro and macro levels of social work. The only barrier for me is having been able to put evaluation skills into practice at my internship.
Future Implications: I hope to begin utilizing evaluation skills and learning ways that I can evaluate progress with clients that is constructive and supports them to identify other avenues or interventions that could be utilized to support them to meet their needs and/or problem solve.
